Mein neues DSL verbindet sich nicht mit dem Internet

After a long wait for a technician, I got an email that my DSL was activated. The problem is that I can not access the Internet even though I have set up my DSL as described in the manual.

Please, I need help as I desperately need internet.

Hello samuel,
as far as I can see you already had contact with our technical DSL departement. This issue will be checked, if there is any news or if any questions should come up you will be informed via SMS.
