Lost my Internet Connection - URGENT!

Hi, I work from home, so when I lose my Internet Connection Im basically losing my job. I really need this to be fixed as soon as possible, or I will lose my job otherwise.

I've tried all the trivial troubleshootings, turning it off, waiting 5 minutes, turning it on. Using only original cables and the basic stuff, can anyone please check my case?

As you can see, I don't speak German so calling the hotline is impossible for me, please tell me what do I have to do to get the service I'm paying for.
