Dear all,

I have a problem logging in. It says I entered too many times the wrong password, and I should ask for another one. However when I am asking for a new one it says "unknown user". I tried to register with another name to see if I could still see the status of my ordeer... and first I tried with my previous user and it said that name was taken.

What can I do? I would love to get access to my personal account somehow because I received an email telling me the date where the technician is coming, and in the letter it states another date.

Around 14 September I bought for the first something from O2. It was "O2 DSL Free", after entering all the information I created an online account where I could follow the status of my Bestellung and also change the date for the technician.

Some days ago I received a welcome letter of them, with my new and first Rufnummer, telling me the date of the Anschluss, the WLAN-Schlüssel and the username and password of something... which I understand is for the router and it seems I need to register it online somewhere I can´t find.

Hello Anna,
if the password is enterd incorrectly, new login attempts will be barred for about an hour. After this, you should be able to login with the correct password again.
After your DSL connection is fully activated you will be able to register with your landline number on the o2 online portal.
The username and password you recieved via email are necessary if you use an own router.

Thanks for your answer.
The same problem appears again... and when I entered my username and/or my email it says it does not recognize it... I can't explain it... What can I do now?
I created this new account from O2 (AnnaSalamero) so I could write here because I found no other way to contact you.

Could you please check how many usernamers or accounts in "Mein O2" does the user with the mail XXXXXXXXXX have?

have you tried to register with your landline number? What happens if you do so?

The same problem appears.
Maybe I need to wait some days until the technician is coming to my place and everything gets fully activated and only then I will have access again to Meine O2 portal?

Hi Anna,
ah, sorry, that was my mistake. Yes, if the contract isn't fully activated yet you will not be able to access the online portal with your landline number just yet. It wioll be possible within one or twi days after the activation took place.
