Hello,

I have a meeting with a technician on a Friday for internet connection. My landlord insists that he is not responsible for connection and APL, it's technicians work. I do not want to bother him so much, he's an old guy.

I found this on the basement




My question is, it writes phone and cable but is this the APL box?

And if this is APL box, it's locked. Can technician open it? Who should normally have the keys?

The T means Telekom and this one is the correct APL

      wrong box - you must look for a smaller box with Telekom or a symbol for "Post"

        Then this one next to it maybe? It has a T sign. Cable goes from this one to the large box previously posted.

        But there are few cables and lots of flats in the apartment.

          So this one is enough for the technician? What a relief. I was so worried after a month of waiting things will go wrong and I will wait more.
