Is there something wrong with DSL in Dresden? (01277)

Hello. I'm user for O2 DSL.

Since 3 weeks ago, my internet was Sooo bad.

So i asked O2 and got a new router.

But it is also not working.

Every 10 minutes, it is broken during like 10 minutes and then redirected again.

I did call again O2, and they said that it is probably problem at whole your area, so you should wait until it is fixed.

So i just want to know if there is someone who has problem like me and live in around 01277, Dresden.

And untill when should i wait??
