Internet service (dsl) down in my area for 3 days

Hello, Internet service is down in my area (Berlin 12059) since Friday. I would really appreciate some timeline of when this will get fixed. I can provide more information about the exact address over email.

    Have you tried restarting the router (disconnect from power for 10 minutes)? If this doesn't work you will need to report the fault. This is only possible by telephone (mobile) as the technicians may need to carry out tests.

    The number to call is 0800 52 51 37 8. It might be easier if you have somebody who can speak German to help you with this as I am not sure how good the English support is on this number.
