Internet only connects via ethernet cable (not wifi)

Since a week ago, we have lost all use of the wifi connection from our Alice router - the only way to connect to the internet from any of our PCs is via the ethernet cable.

 

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and could perhaps share some suggestions?

    Is wlan available or not?

    connection problem oder possibly disabled WiFi?

    Hi rforsythe,

     

    as Abuzze asked before, have you checked whether the wifi is active? You can either switch it on at the back of your device or by using the user interface within your browser.
