Internet, not working

I bought a Fritzbox 7530 vdsl modem. My internet connection should be working since 25.01., that’s the date when it was brought online. Everything is working fine, except the internet connection, which is “gestorben”y 😞

You use a black cable from Fritzbox to TAE. The original AVM ADSL/Vdsl cable is grey. Have you try it with the grey cable? Did you buy a new Fritzbox or a used one? Your 7530 looks new because of the blue protection cover.

I tried it with both. It’s a brand new modem.

Please use in the moment only the grey one. Good news. The connection of cable from the Fritzbox to TAE ist correct. Bad news. You dont have any signal. You need to call the hotline to make a ticket. I don’t believe that your new Fritzbox is damaged.
