INTERNET CONNECTION DOESN'T WORK SINCE A MONTH

Hello O2 People. I've been suffering from the connection and absolutely paying for nothing. initial connection, my internet did not work, took almost 15 days post the telecom appointment to get the connection running, service. A new router was ordered. It took another 2 weeks to get the router. The delivery service never came to my door that I was not available. Got the new router from the shop where they dropped it off. Connected it. And it seems even work too. I do not speak German, cant get through the helpline. I am living in my home without internet when i am paying for it. My initial problem was very smoothly answered on twitter and facebook in English with the staff, but since last one month, i am unable to reach anyone, i beg you to please assist me on this. Its impossible to do my work without an internet connection. There is no english speaking staff available. My router shows wi-fi, dsl light on and no internet light on.

Hello,
if you encounter problems regarding your landline and/or DSL connection please ensure that every cable is connected firmly and not damaged.
If the router still does not connect to the internet please reset it to factory reset by pressing the reset button for at least 25 seconds. After that, you can re-install it by entering the PIN via the web frontend.
If you still have trouble using the internet it is necessary to open a trouble ticket via our technical DSL hotline. If you do not speak German I suggest to call with a friend of yours who speaks German.
