Internet access lost !!

Hi,
I have a problem with my internet access. Since this Monday morning I suddenly lost the internet access. The router works well. I have restarted router multiple times, and have run diagnosis, it shows the rourter works good. The lights of Power/DSL and WLAN are also on. Please refer to attached photo.I have checked with O2 service team and was told they can't see problem with the fixed network and DSL.
Today I continue to call O2 service team. Based on their instruction, I have downloaded a Handy App (O2 DSLHilfe), and run the test. Everything appears correct, except for internet connection. I have also received a case number 900 118 784 022, which I have also shared with O2 service team later.
Please also find the screenshot from the O2 DSL Hilfe from attached.
We've been out of Internet for two days, and don't know what happened. Please kindly help!!!
