I thought I had cancelled my DSL contract and have been charged for an extra month

I canceled my DSL contract on the 8th of August and shipped back my router. However I was paying for it. I was paying anyway. I have not been in Germany yet.

Hello Boulton,
using the webform is not a cancelation of the contract. You have to confirm this within 10 days by calling the phone number that was shown there.
If you did not confirm this via phone, the contract is not canceled and is still running!
I strongly recommend to cancel the contract, for example via postal mail or fax or via the webform and conforming it via the shown phone number.

Hello, I do not speak any german so I can not use the phone number, can I cancel it on here? I am also not in Germany so I can not send postal mail

Hello Boulton,
we can not process cancelations here in the customer forum. But I am sure that, whereever you may be, it will be possible to send a letter to Germany :-)
