I'm experiencing lots of disconnects every 5-15 minutes every evening for at least two days

I'm experiencing lots of disconnects every 5-15 minutes every evening for at least two days. It usually happens only from 5 pm to 12 am (midnight). At some point I advised to take the router for about 5 minutes, but that does not help.

Is it just any work going on in the area?

I have a DSL connection with O2. I always get the problem with the connection for at least 5 hours. I tried to reset the router as well as it did not help. So I tried connecting customer care.

Could you please let me know what is the problem with my o2 DSL. If you help it would be great.

Hello kalvacherla,
did you already contact the DSL STörungshotline to open a trouble ticket for this issue? If yes, what is the current state?
What happens with the router if your device loses the internet connection? Dioes the router restart? Do any LED blink, for example the DSL LED? What do you see if you access the web GUI of the router in such a case? Are the devices connected via LAN cable or via WiFi?
