How can I receive a modem/router?

I ordered dsl
My activation date is today, but I still have not received the modem. Order status says The hardware is sent shortly before connection to the following address

I am afraid that activation will be postponed for this reason.

When do I get the modem?

Also I cannot speak German, is there any way I can get hotline service in english? I tried to reach live chat too but it didnt work
