Hello. Question about cancellation of DSL contract

I already sent a letter for cancellation request of my DSL contract at 24th. JAN., 2014

 

with all the documents proving that I'll leave the Germany at 20th, FEB., 2014

 

to following address. (Kundennummer : DE12594952)

 

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Postfach 60 09 40, 22209 Hamburg.

 

 

But so far, I've not got any reply rom anywhere.

I want to know what's going on with my request.

    Vielleicht können die Mods gleich an dieser Stelle helfen?
