hello, "bitte überprüfen sie die Verkabelung" means, that on your router the DSL light is off or flashing, the LED have to be stabel

please contact the hotline under 0800 / 52 51 378 with a guy who is able to speak german, because english language often not spoken in our callcenter, sorry
