Fritzbox 7490 Keine Verbindung

Hallo,

I am sorry I prefer to write down my question in English to explain my problem in a better way:
I am an O2 customer since September and the provider is using a Deutsche Telekom line to give me access to the service. I have a Fritzbox 7490 router and it is not able to connect to Internet. I first tried to disconnect the power adapter and the dsl y grey cable without success. I, then, tried to reset the router, nothing changed. Last time I had this problem I updated the os so I did this time and nothing changed. So my problem is that the power/dsl led is blinking green and, after a while, info led will be steady red. I have done the diagnose and the router is saying simply that there is no dsl, ipv4 and ipv6 connection. I tried to calibrate and it is seems fine, then once the router mentioned that he found an error within 200 meters of the cable, but when I repeat the test the problem was gone. I am going to holiday soon so the kind girl at the phone told me to wait until January to open a ticket. My question is: is the problem fixable easily by me or is it a problem belonga to o2 or Deutsche Telekom? I will much appreciate wgo will be able ti help me, thanks!

Hi Andrea.
I guess a technician has to check your connection at your place to fix your internet.
