[EN]QuickStart SIM charged 15EUR in DSL bill after 3 months

In the bill of December 2015, the QuickStart SIM which should be free after 3 months was charged 15 EUR as "Surf flat M"



1. I need O2 to refund me the overcharged 15 EUR.

2. I want to terminate the QuickStart SIM to avoid further regression on bill.
