@ichsprechend i think German is not your native language. Ok. Lets move to English. What kind of router you use? I thing a TP-Link? Please provide correct model number. What tariff you book at O2? And did you have new contract, provider change (move from German Telekom to O2) or you already use O2 long time.

I think you the Comtrend Router don´t like the Telekom DSLAM Ports.😗

Strongly recommend to buy by yourself a free Fritzbox 7430, 7490, 7530 or 7590. Don´t rent a router at O2 (Homebox or Fritzbox) because you have a Flex VDSL Tarif and you must pay once 50 Euro extra.

If you are a power User, buy 7530 Fritzbox. (120 Euro) Have Wifi 2.4/5Ghz.
Than you want spend less money buy a 7430 Fritzbox . (85-90 Euro) Only 2.4Ghz Wifi.

And DONT buy a O2 Homebox at EbayKleinanzeigen. You cant bring them Online because O2 only rent them to their customer.

I think that I will change provider. I did good not to take any permanent contract.

Yes you can do that, but you will have problem with this type of router. This brand not often use in Germany. I think you are connected to a vectoring VDSL port. Your friend too at 1und1?

With this router you can create a configuration backup and put it in another my router with the same firmware version.

OK i see a VLAN ID from 7. This is ok. And VPI (1) and VCI (32) set too on your Comtrend?

1und1 will only make with you a contract, if you rent their provider box. If you don´t use their hardware, they don´t give you any support than you have problems with your VDSL line.

Ok. Try to get a used Fritzbox that works with VDSL Vectoring and check you VDSL line.
I can understand O2 to 100% if they don´t raise a service ticket for you. Your Comtrend Router is not official sold here in Germany.

A router from Taiwan without Annex.J-Support)ADSL2+) is possibly also not able to work with german VDSL2+ and vectoring. I predict, that this router have the same problems with other providers. O2DSL and most of other reseller products are based on Telekom resale.

From which country is this router? UK, Spain, Greece?

DSL in Spain is different in comparision to germany. Without special adjustments a foreign router can´t work in Germany! A Fritzbox with german firmware can´t work in Spain etc..
e.g. Spain : Annex.M. In Germany mandatory required: Annex.J etc.
