DSL: Transfer of ownership or contract termination

Hallo,

First of all sorry for writing this in English, my German is not that good yet. I am in a strange situation. I have my DSL contract valid till October in my current apartment. But due to unforeseen circumstances I am moving out of this apartment to a new one where there is already an internet connection.

So i thought I will transfer the ownership of the DSL to my friend sharing the DSL with me. But I am not able to do it online. I found this formular:

Can I transfer the ownership using this form? If not there a way to cancel the contract? If not can I continue the DSL in the current home as it is and let my friends use it, while I stay at a different location?

Hi,

I have checked your contract for details. Pls don't use the form you asked for. It is not valid for your customer ID. If you are a little patient the change of user should be possible by next week. Take a look online at your contract details and search for Vertragsinhaberwechsel.
A cancellation is not possible at this point because there are still six month left to be fullfilled.
