Dsl support in english

Hi, is there any kind of way I can reach the O2 customer service where I can speak english? I tried calling the customer service but it just starts with a recording in german which i don't understand what it is asking.

Hello @asdf48285,
as far as I can see there are no urgent matters regarding DSL. You should have recieved an information that the router is shipped, the planned and confirmed date für the activation is the 24th of January.

unfortunatley we can not promise that you wil lreach an english speaking agent if you call us so I recommend to call with a friend of yours who speaks german if you do not.

Hi, I am a new member and my dsl is not connected yet. I was called by O2 two times but each time I was not available to answer. When I call back, I hear that I cannot reach them and they should call me later. I was worried if they needed an urgent information. However, I cannot reach them by any means in this case (except by asking a German friend to reach them).
