Does anyone know how to track the status of my DSL installation? The personal link that O2 sent to me has been unavailable for days already.

Hi,
I have checked this matter for you. The link is already out of order because the first request failed. There is no line available at present. My colleagues sent a letter asking for information about the former tennant. This might be the reason why the line is still blocked.
Pls check if you received a message by email or mail and tell my colleagues the missing information to proceed the case.
