DSL router return

Hello,
I have terminated my DSL contract on 26 Nov 2018. On the 4th of December 2018 I have posted (returned) the DSL router to O2 at DHL near my residence. Now in January, I've received a bill for the amount of € 70.58 for the DSL router. DHL and it is not worth € 70.58. I have DHL and I would like to have the DSL. Could you please advise me on how to proceed? I have all the receipt for that.
