DSL problem

Hello,

 

My kundenummer is DE12882138

 

I'm having some problems with my DSL connection since this weekend. Because I was out of my home for a couple of days I've turned off my router and since turning in back on again I can't get DSL connection. Could you please check it and fix if possible?

    Did you maybe check anything? I'm right now out of internet which I need and looks like problem lays on your side. Could you please do something?
