DSL Order, no order confirmation received

Hello,

in january 9th I have ordered a DSL connection via Check24. The order Number is 9256011.
So far I have not heard anything about that order, neither Email, nor PhoneCall, nor letter.
Can you please check this issue?

it seems like this is an order number from Check24, is that right? We do not have access to internal Check24 information.
I tried the email that you are using here in the forum but found not data. Did you already had a look into the spam-folder? Did you maybe recieve some information from Check24?
