Hi,

I have a new DSL connection (XXXXXXXXXX). The technician from Deutsche Telekom had checked the connection and informed me that the connection would be activated in half an hour. That was yesterday. However I still do not have internet even after a day. I am using my own router and  have logged in using the username and password provided by O2. Also I cannot find the information about my DSL connection under my user account. Any help?

Moin Moin,

login in Mein O2 open the forum and click at this Link On the right side You should see Vertragsinformationen klick on it. There you should find the Username and Password for DLS and voip.

Moin,

The issue is that I can only see the details pertaining to my mobile contract and not my DSL contract (I have opted for the kombi advantage). Or do I get a separate user account for my DSL contract?  Any help??

Hello @pthiyarath,

sometimes it may take a day or two until the DSL contract is fully activated and visible in the online portal.

You also have the possibility to register with the landline number that you recieved in the welcome letter.

Regards,

Lars

It's almost a week and there is no sign of my DSL details under my online o2 account. Also I have received an email on the date of activation of my activation that DSL unlimited upgrade has been activated! I have not ordered it and neither am I unable to cancel it online. Any help?

Hello @thiyapr,

please register with the DSL landline number on the portal after that, you will be able zo access the data of your contract.

The DSL unlimited package has a 100% discount so you do not pay anything at all for that option.

Regards,

Lars
