DSL not working for 6 days, Technic didn't come 2x already

Dear team

Ticket 7282199:

I reported not working DSL 19.10.
Since restarts are not helping and nothing is visible on O2 side, technician appoitment was agreed for 24.10
Nobody came, nobody called. Evening I got SMS to setup appoitment again.
I setup new termin for 25.10.
Nobody came, nobody called.
I just received SMS to setup appoitment again.

Sorry, is this normal? We already wasted 2 days, waiting for technician. How come, that 2x the technician ignored the termin?

How can I achieve that somebody will come to fix it?

Hello Jiri,
it is never a good situation if a technician does not show up. Unfortunately we did not recieve any feedback for the reason why that happened.
As far as I can see you already contacted our technical DSL departement and made a new apointment.
I am sure the technician will show up and the DLS connection will be up and running in no time :-)
