DSL not working

Hallo,
Sorry for writing in English but I'm still learning to speak German and my skills are not good enough yet. I have tried calling customer support but no one picked up.

The problem is that my DSL is not working. I have tried rebooting the modem multiple times. I have also tried unplugging all the wires and plugging them back in.

I have tried with multiple devices both over LAN and WLAN. They connect to the local network but no internet. The Inernet lights were out and the DSL was blinking.

    Hi. What tariff you book, what kind of router (exact model number please) you use?
