Dsl not working

Hell oeveryone. I have just activated a new O2 all-in S. The activation has been on the 20th of November, and everything has worked fine till friday.

I ve been away for the weekend, and when I came back yesterday the dsl LED was blinking... I tried to check the cables and turn off/on again the router but with no success.

Suddently when I woke up this morning, the router was connected and working , but shortly after the same problem happened. This evening the dsl LED is still blinking with no connection.

 

I already tried to call the customer service, but thez say (or at least that's what I have understood with my limited knowledge of german) that there is no problem with the line and will call me back, is there anything I can trz? Is there any english-speaking moderator to whom I can send my phone number / dsl data for a quick check?

 

To me it looks like a line problem, since it worked for few days, disconnected, worked again for some time and then disconnected again.
