DSL - No sync for 3 days.

Hello,

 

First I don't speak German. And I can't get any help on the chat or on the hotline in English. I hope someone will be able to help me here...

 

My DSL router stopped syncing 3 days ago. Yesterday I tried to unplug/plug the phone cable, did restart the box a few times but the DSL led is still blinking and I have no connection.

What's going on?

Hi maxdec,

 

as far as i see my colleagues already called you yesterday to create a troubleshoot ticket together with you.

It was already forwarded to our service partner and as soon as we get a response from them, you'll be informed about the results.

 

All i can do now is asking you for a little patience, i'm sorry.

Hello,

 

The technicians from Deutsche Telekom came this morning. Now the DSL sync is working but the connection resets every 10 minutes. I mean Internet works for about 10 minutes then shuts down (both Internet and Phone LEDs on the router turn off).
