DSL light not glowing or blinking. there is no DSLlight

i have to come back to you with utter disappointment that my new dsl is still not working. my registered email is danishaer@gmail.com (for you to find my data). The technician did not come during the fixed meeting. I was told by email and facebook that my dsl is aktivated now. I again confirmed it on o2 live chat.  I was told that the connection is complete. I started the router, but the DSL led is not lighting up. there is no light in the DSL led. What i find very bad is that, i was not even shown for the first time that my connection is working.  i am a software engineer and my work is suffering because of no internet connection for past many weeks. i was told from facebook help to reset the router. i did that, but it still does not work.  please help me.

Welcome to the club of people waiting for techniciens in vain!

Have you ever logged on to your router's webinterface? Did you check if the access credentials are correctly set? Do you see any status info in the webinterface?

i checked the web interface. there is a message in red which asks me to check the cabling of the router. i had connected everything correctly. i am not even able to go the page where password is asked

the DSL light is off. That means no DSL Signal. Please get in contact with the Hotline 0800 52 51 37 8 .

We could also try to geht @o2_Stefan‌ to help you.

But for this you should place the phone number of you DSL land line in your profile.

Scroll down to Fertig and click on it.

i did it like this. i do not have a telephone device to connect.

The phone number is only visibel for the o2 stuff.

An with this number they could find you (and you land line) in the system.

as far as I can see there was already a technical trouble ticket opened on your behalf. So every step necessary will be taken, if there is new information or any feedback needed you will be informed via SMS. We do not have the possibility to escalate this any further so all I can do right now is to ask for your patience and understanding.
