DSL LED is blinking continuously, No Internet Info light turns red after sometime.

My Contract is active from March 4,2019 from Dayone DSL is LED light is flashing and No internet.Info light turned red after sometime. All the cables are connected correctly.

Router: Fritzbox 7360th

Hello and please excuse the late answer.
If you encounter difficulties or problems regarding the activation of the new DSL connection please always reset your router to factory defaults first und enter the credenbtials that were sent to you.
If this still does not work and your rouer does not get a DSL connection please ensure that the cables are okay and that all plugs are sitting firmly in the corresponding sockets and no additional cables or hardware is ised between the TAE wall plug and the router.
If this still brings no improvement it is recommended to call our DSL technical service. If you do not speak any german at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so.
