my home internet not working since last 7 days. called technical support team few times, all saying different. clueless who can help. my mobile no is xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx

as far as I can see you already had contact to our technical departement and your issue has been solved. Your DSL connection looks stable and shows no disconnects.
