DSL internet contract cancelation

I have left Germany on 30th of October, o2 have received my contract cancelation on 25th of October (I sent via post by written approvement) and still no answer! Of course I can not get them by call or chat!! I have tried to contact them but they ignore me!!! I have no patience more, I want that my internet contract would be closed because I sent all necessary documents including abmeldung from Stadt and my new flat contract in Latvia!!!! If you will not give me an answer I will ask help in European consumer protection Center or lawyer because that is not normal, I so many times wasted my time and money contacting o2!!!!! The worst experience in Germany. And I sent also router back by DHL in 30th of October, what about that?!?! Have you received?? Of course, no answer.

Hello leva,
we recievd the information and documents on the 6th of November, the deactivation of this contract will happen as soon as possible what in this case will be the 16th of November.

Hi,

you sent your cancelation 5 days before leacving ? Nice try, but very short for a termination deadline of 4 weeks to end of month for contracts without running time.

Normaly o2 needs 2 - 4 weeks to sent you a termination letter.

Because you will running to a lawyer i´ll be out here and wish you good luck.

In the document what I sent to you I wrote, please inform me about contract cancellation in my email because I left country!!! How I can then be informed about this situation?!?! It's been month ago for now how long I must wait?? Don't make me mad o2 told that I will receive email!!!!! Next week I will go then to European consumer protection Center, enough for me!!!

your contract has already been terminated, as I wrote on the 10th.
You contacted us via letter and the answer was sent on the same way.

You wrote on 16th first of all, second-hand via post?? I live abroad now how I told, where I will receive my letter, to my new address in Latvia?? I wanted to receive it on email I told!

Hello IEva,
I informed the cancelation departement, they will have a look if they can send a confirmation via email.
If you plan to move abroad I strongly recommend to send a cancelation as early as possible. Sending a cancelation just one week in advance is a very tight schedule. Sending it at least one month in advance would be more appropriate so that any questions can be solved while still being in the country.

You think that I didn't do that?!? I am telling 100 times to you that I sent all the documents on 25th October, I could not earlier get deregistration document from government how only ONE week before moving!!! And now I am abroad, when I will get email?? How many times I must ask?? And you got these documents also 25th, I checked DHL, so don't lie to me!!

I tried to cancel it 3 month's before so don't make me mad, in the o2 consumer Center in my city they could not help me!! So when my contract will be cancelled and when I will get notification about that?!?!?

When I will receive answer? And where, via e-mail? Tomorrow I am gonna send request to European consumer protection Center, you are just taking my money from account but can not send me answer more than 2 months!!!!

Your account is deactivated since the 16th of november. You shouldn't get another invoice. This is is last bill you will receive.
