DSL installation date

Hello,
I live in an area with very low signal and since October 22th 2018 I signed with O2 the contract for my DSL connection. Since then I have called 4 times to the customer line to get the confirmed date of activation of my DSL connection and I have received 4 different pdf contracts by email with new activation´s dates, but no email confirmation.
The previous tenant had an O2 connection and apparently it was cancelled until November 21th and that was the reason of the delay (but I only found out about this until the 3rd call ... )
Every time they said I will receive an email confirmation 2-3 days after the call, but I never did and if I never called I would have never received any notification from O2.
Now, on the 4th call (Nov. 23th) I received the activation date of December 5th, I want to know if this is confirmed or not. It has been 3 working days since the call, so O2 should have an answer by now.

Hi guillermorios,

as you were already told, it takes a few days until we receive a confirmation for the ordered DSL line. Once this is done, we will inform you in writing immediately.
Unfortunately I can´t give you any confirmation yet.

Hello Christian,

I know it takes time to receive a confirmation. The problem is that I don't have the guarantee that this time I will receive the confirmed date. The other 4th times I was told to wait and I never received any e-mail or call, and until I called the customer service line, then they gave me another tentative date with the same promise of waiting for a confirmation.
How do I know that this time I'm not waiting for nothing?
If I don't receive the confirmation by Monday then I will terminate the contract.

Just get back to us here an monday, and we will take a closer look at your activiation status and if there is an update available.

As a follow up:
I got the confirmation date for the technician appointment. It was on December 6th between 8-12 ... but the technician never showed up. I called the O2 service line around 13:00 on the same day and they said the technician couldn´t make it to the appointment, so instead of moving the appointment to the next day, they had to reschedule until December 13th between 8:00 and 16:00 (apparently I have to be in my house the whole day!).
I already received an e-mail with the confirmation. Is there something to do to ensure the technician arrives this time?! I don´t get the purpose of confirming an appointment and a really wide time range if the technician won´t arrive at all!

I am sorry that the technician didnt show up as scheudled. I am sure this time everything will work out as planned.
