DSL contract transfer or cancel

Hello there,

I have a problem about my DSL contract. I have a contract till 06.11.2019. Can I cancel now? If not, I have to transfer my contract to someone else, how should I do that? I heard that I have to send back the wifi router?

    Hello @pamelachen,
    if I may ask, what is the reason that you want to cancel the contract? Depending on the reason there may be the on or other possibility.
    If the transfer of the contract is possible you can arrange this via the online portal under "Mein o2". If you recieved the router from us, you can send it back after the end of the contract using our DSL logistics portal.
