DSL Contract Cancellation

Hello,
In September 2018, I moved to another address where O2 DSL is not available. I have sent you the letter for termination of the contract (including my new meldebescheinigung) and I also returned the hardware modem. However, I did not get any response from you regarding the contract termination.
The invoices for September and November were charged from my bank account even though I am not using the service since September.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding my request for termination of the contract.

Hi,
your contract is going to be cancelled to November 20th 2018. My colleagues already sent a confirmation letter.
