DSL cancellation status

I requested my DSL to be cancel over 2 weeks ago at the O2 shop before the installation happend. Can someone check the status of the cancellation or provide me with the O2 customer service email address so that I may inquire about it myself?

Hi Jorge,.
It is not possible to cancel the contact. You ordered the DSL in an o2 Shop , so there is no right to withdraw. You ordered a contact with a 24 month duration, so the earliest possible date to end the contract is nov. 2020.
