DSL activitation

How long it takes to have an DSL connection activate?
Today the technician came to my house to install the internet and my DSL
As usual, he did all the connections, make some tests with the test tool and said everything is fine. Now cames the small talk, he told that it used to activate on same time, but is taking a little longer for that and suggest to connect the router few hours later. Well, here I am, 14 hours after and no internet or even support by O2 on chat or phone. My homebox is the 6441 and only power lights is on. All the others is off.
Tomorrow I will try the support again and bring news about the steps and the small talk from O2. Wish me luck!!!!

me, too. The ticket is on hold so there is no chance to take a look at the details. But my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.

Second step:
Yesterday I talked to the customer service by phone, the attendant was very helpfully and after some procedures, she identified that it is a problem with the router and are sending a new one. However, I received a SMS with a link for a ticket status, but I cannot see anything!?!? Hope that I can received some e-mails around today....
