DSL active but internet is not working still

Hello, I had my DSL activated by the technician but I do not have access to the internet still. I have TP link archer Vr600v router and I can see that the DSL is connected but the internet is not active. Please can you help me to solve the problem

Hi Ram
50mbps is not possible at your place. We checked your adresse, there is no VDSL available, so we had to order a ADSL2+ port which is limited to a max speed of 16Mbit.

    Hello Giulia,
    Yes my internet is working but im not getting the internet speed which I was said. I'm getTing only around 10mbps but I was promised for 50mbps. Can you suggest me on this.
