Hello everyone,

On Monday the technician of Deutsch Telekom came to my apartment to activate the Wifi connection. After testing the line he left saying that the cable was broken and that he couldn't activate the line... He said he has to come back but without specifying a date or giving a phone number that I can contact. Now my question is, who is responsible to replace the cable and to fix my problem? Today I tried multiple times to contact the O2 call centre and fix a new appointment. However after almost an hour of waiting line the call ended suddenly. It's more than three weeks that we are waiting for this activation and the situation is getting quite frustrating. I hope that some O2 responsible could contact me. Thank you in advance for your collaboration.

Best,

Lorenzo

Hello,

if the technician that came for the activation encounters a problem that needs to be fixed prior to activate the DSL landline, he will either fix it himself or give an feedback to us. If the problem exists in the building itself, this has to be fixed through your landlord, neitehr we nor the Deutsche Telekom can do anything regarding inhouse wirings.

Regards,

Lars
