Hello,

Today was my 3rd technician appointment, and no one showed up during my appointment window. There is no note, phone call or text to notify that. I am going to show up. My apartment is on the main street, well marked, and my name is on the door. This is the third day I can no longer take any time off.

I can not schedule another appointment. I would like to cancel my contract. Please let me know how I can do this.

I had a look into this. Accoprding to our data the technician gave feedback that you could not be reached. If you want to cancel your order I suggest to call our customer service and see what can be done in this case.
