My o2 router gets a red light for info. The network is not recognized (see screenshot). The LEDs Power, DSL and Wi-Fi light up normally green, info however flashes red. Resetting and unplugging repeatedly did not help

Hello @qcheng,
as far as I can see you already canceled your contract on the 4th? And it seems that you did not order a router with your contract so this is a router that belongs to another DSL connection. This router will not work on your DSL connection.
