I am leaving Germany to settle abroad.
I want to transfer my o2 internet contract to my flatmate.
Please tell me the procedure and send the documents required for transfer.

You can try to do so but we can not promise that it will work. I recommend to use the contract transfer via the online portal. If it is not offered there I am afraid that a transfer is not possible.

    Hello ckhosla,
    unfortuntely we can not offer a contract transfer in every case. If this possibility is not shown in the Online POrtal under "Mein o2" if you log in it is possible that in your case a transfer is not possible.
    Have you maybe already contacted customer service regarding this?

    Hi Lars,

    yes, I had tried contacting O2 customer service over phone but people over phone always speak in german language and I do not know german language.

    But I was going through o2 community questions and found that I can transfer the contract by filling below document and sending it to O2 office
