Contract termination help

Dear O2,

As I had to left Germany I need to terminate my DSL contract before contract period end. Hence I have already fax termination letter, address De registration document from KVR and also given consent to deduct 3 months DSL charges as contract termination fee. But until now I have not received any communication on contract termination.

Could you please help here, I am waiting for termination confirmation and sticker to send router back to O2. My DSL phone number already updated in my profile here for you to check details.

as far as I can see now the deactivation process for the DSL contract has already started, so it should be deactivated soon.

I had a look into your data. Until now there is neitehr a letter nor a fax visible that has been sent to us. Whnen did you sent this and to which address did you sent it?

Thank you for the reply.

As termination reason is due to leaving Germany before contract end, I have advised and given authority to deduct 3 months charges. However I could see only one month charge has been deducted.

I'm also awaiting confirmation from O2 to send back router. Please let me know process to return router.
