Contract termination

I started a O2 contract one week ago, and on the 3rd of January the DSL will be activated. I have realized that, for technical problems, I don’t need the DSL anymore so I would like to stop the activation and early terminate the contract. I made a notice in my O2 but I can’t proceed with the cancellation since the instructions on the telephon number are all in German. How can I proceed?

Hello ValeAndri,

you just have to call the number that is shown to you online in order to confirm your cancellation. You can also send in a written cancellation to Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Nürnberg.
