Can I cancel my DSL contract? If YES what is the procedure?

May i ask why you want to cancel your DSL contract?
The procedure: In order to cancel your contract, we need a written cancellation from you. Could you tell us if your DSL customer account number starts with DE or S- ? We need this info to decide which address you have to use for your cancellation letter.

    because o2 has the worst "LITERALLY THE WORST" customer service in the world. It's been 5 weeks now I've been trying to get my problem fixed but o2 is just money greedy and does not give a shit about its customers.

    please remember
    Never ever organize a o2router and try to install it!
    A O2 router must be delivered and supported from O2. Makes no sense without a rental contract with O2.
