Contract Cancellation

Hi -

I canceled my contract (DSL contract XXXXXXXXXX) and thus received an email confirming that it was canceled, however, i am still receiving invoices.

Hello namrata,
it seems to me that we sent you a router that has not been sent back as of today. You can send the router back free of charge using our online logistics portal.

Hi Lars,

Many thanks for your message. I have tried to return, however the serial number doesn't come up in the logistics center when i try? Is there some other way to do this? Also, does this means i am currently paying monthly for the o2 internet?

Hello namrata,
there is no active contract so you are not billed on a monthly base. Regarding the serial number of the router it often starts with a capital letter, for example "S" or "D".

Yes, after the return our colleages from logistic will refund the money we charged you, that will take between three to four weeks.

your router reached us November 18th. The collected fee will need six to eight weeks to be refunded. Please be a little more patient.

Sure, did you change your bank account? Because we transfered the money by the end of November 2018. So you should have received it. Pls check.

did you receive the letter my colleagues send the day before yesterday? There was a default by doing the payment. They apologize and requested the payment so you should check by the end of the month.
