Charges on cancelled contract

Hay hay mririshgerman,

at the moment i have no informations of your contract. In the majority of cases we charged the not returned rented router or the fee for porting you landlinenumber. Because of the amount of 51 EUR i think its the not returned router. On which date do you send it back?

Aktuell habe ich keine Informationen für deinen Vertrag vorliegen. In den meisten Fällen wird nach der Deaktivierung der nicht zurückgeschickte Router oder die Rufnummernmitnahme berechnet. Da du eine Berechnung von 51 EUR nennst, gehe ich von einer Berechnung des Leihrouters aus. Wann hast du uns diesen denn zurückgeschickt?

It must be the fee. Thank you for replying. I was not aware that I had rented the router. I thought I had paid a purchase fee for it.
What do I do now? Does it still need to be sent back. I didnt request to port the landline number.

to send back the router please use our online logistics portal here. You can send the router back free of charge and will recieve the money for the router back to your bank account.
