Charges for Router and connection

Hi All,

Recently i signed a DSL contract with O2. It was giving the discount for router change 49.99 EUR and Connection charge 49.99 and shipping charges.

Now after activation i received an invoice of 111 EUR as router charges and connection charges.

What should I do now? How to get the discount which was informed to me while signing the contract?
