Charged twice

Hello!

I'm subscribed to the O2 DSL M Flex tariff since 21.09.2018. Last month I unfortunately missed the day of payment, so I received an email from Telefonica with instructions to pay the debt in 3 days. I paid it 30.10.2018 (and it is shown as 31.10.2018 in "My O2"). But today (05.10.2018) I was charged again for the same amount. I can't not see the invoice I paid for - only those invoices that were paid on 31.10.2018. What should I do to get back my money?

Hi kaduev13,

the last invoice about 60,87 EUR couldn´t debit from your bankaccount and you send a manuel payment about 74,85 EUR. This is the amount of your new invoice, including the open amount of last month. The credit will be cleared with your next invoices automatically.
